When should I take it?
Most of our customers take it in the evening, as part of winding down. Some prefer it in their morning coffee. It's your ritual, so take it when it suits you.
How do I take it?
One 2ml dropper a day. Take it under the tongue, or add it to a warm drink like tea, hot chocolate or warm milk (not boiling).
What does it taste like?
Earthy and slightly bitter, as Reishi always is. It disappears into a warm drink.
Can I take it with Lion's Mane or Cordyceps?
Yes. Lots of our customers take Lion's Mane and Cordyceps in the morning and Reishi in the evening. That's exactly what The Flow Trio is for.
When will I notice it?
Reishi has no caffeine and isn't a sleeping pill, so there's no sudden effect. Most of our customers tell us they notice a difference after 1 to 2 weeks of daily use.
