Couldn’t recommend it enough

I have been taking lions mane for just over a year. After trying a few different brands / other mushroom supplements this is the first one I had felt a positive impact with. I have a stressful job and after taking the lions mane every morning I feel much more focussed, less stressed and a massive improvement in my mood. Before taking this I was on antidepressants for 9 months and this actually helped me come off of them. Packaging and customer service are 10/10 and I would recommend this to anyone!

I started taking Lions mane after becoming a mum for the first time. “Mum brain” is a real thing, my thoughts and memory had become a bit scattered.
