Yes. Like most tinctures, it's made with organic ethanol, which is what draws the compounds out of the mushroom. A 2ml dose is a small amount, but if you avoid alcohol completely it may not be for you.

It's vegan and gluten free. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, please speak to your GP or pharmacist before taking any food supplement. Don't exceed the recommended daily amount, and remember a food supplement isn't a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.

Each bottle is 60ml. At 2ml a day, that's a full month.
